Grades 4-6
In Grades 4 and 5, students participate in a coed, multifaceted and traditional P.E. program that includes large and small group games and activities, serving as an introduction to team sports. Any student in Grades 4-9 can try out for the tennis and golf teams.
Beginning in Grade 6, PBDA introduces the concept of team sports, and students participate in interscholastic games and matches.

Grades 7-9
Students are invited to try out for either Junior Varsity (JV) or Varsity sports year-round.

Girls compete in Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Field Hockey, Tennis and Lacrosse.
Boys compete in Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Golf, Tennis and Lacrosse.

"Fitness" is offered year-round and includes frisbee, beach runs, yoga and more.
