Sports Teams Outside of MTS
For activities outside of MTS, typically a Kindergarten parent self-volunteers to organize the teams and practices, and keeps track of registration deadlines. In many cases, an entire class will play together on a co-ed team. In other cases, groups of MTS students will play on a team with players from other private, public, and parochial schools. MTS families see this as a great benefit - many lasting friendships outside of MTS have been made through participation on city and Marin sports teams. SF families who attend school in Marin can participate in Marin sports leagues as well as SF leagues.

Soccer, Basketball, Tennis & Swimming, Dance & Gymnastics, Baseball & Softball

Additional Sports
MTS students also play lacrosse, flag football, volleyball, and ride horseback, amongst other athletic options in the area. Some students choose to compete at a higher level and join competitive teams.
